*To confirm acceptance of the offer of a place, a deposit of a Term’s Fee becomes payable within 7 working days. Your deposit will be refunded when the child leaves the school on condition that our continuous terms have been completed, one full term’s notice in writing is given and all outstanding accounts have been settled. One term’s fees will be required in lieu of notice.
Lunches are mandatory from Reception upwards. Where there is a genuine allergy or medical need (for which we require specific written medical evidence from a medical practitioner) where possible the school will provide a lunch adhering to the medical direction. Lunch fees are invoiced termly along with the school fees.
Fees are due on or before the first day of each term. Late payment: Save where alternative provisions for the payment of interest are contained in a separate consumer credit agreement made between the Parents and the School, simple interest may be charged on a day-to-day basis on outstanding Fees. The rate of interest charged will be at up to 1.5% per month accruing on a daily basis which represents a genuine pre-estimate of the cost to the School of a default. The Parents shall also be liable to pay all costs, fees, disbursements and charges including legal fees and costs reasonably incurred by the School in the recovery of any unpaid Fees regardless of the value of the School’s claim. St. Nicholas Preparatory School reserves the right to revise fees with due notice should circumstances make this necessary.
