*To confirm acceptance of the offer of a place, a deposit of a Term's Fee becomes payable within 10 days. 50% of the deposit will be refunded to you when your child commences school. The other 50% will be refunded when the child leaves the school on condition that one full term's notice in writing is given. One term's fees will be required in lieu of notice.

St Nicholas Preparatory School is part of the Westminster Early Years Department Plan, which gives grants for 3 and 4 year olds. Currently the grant per term is £416, which is deducted from the school's fees invoice for the following term, or paid as a refund in the case of a child leaving the school.

Lunches are mandatory, unless a genuine allergy prevents your child partaking, and are invoiced termly along with the school fees. A Doctor's letter is required to certify allergies.

A scheme for payment by instalments is available from Holmwoods Termtime Credit. For details please contact the School Bursar.

No reduction can be made for absence. All parents have the option of insuring for absence under the school scheme, details of which are sent out with the first account.

St Nicholas Preparatory School reserves the right to revise fees with due notice should circumstances make this necessary.

Fees are due on or before the first day of each term. Any instalment plan agreed to by the school must be adhered to as regards timing, frequency and method of payment as a condition of instalments being accepted. Dishonoured cheques will incur a surcharge of £40.00 per cheque. Late payment of fees may incur a surcharge of 10%. Fees unpaid by half term or more than two weeks after a reminder has been issued, whichever is earlier, will result in suspension of the pupil unless prior written agreement has been secured for postponement of payment. Exclusion of a pupil whose fees have not been paid will result in appropriate action being taken to recover the debt.
